As much as we want to make it free for you to use the software, there are certain cost that you'll have to bear. These cost are not in any part related to the usage of the software. But mostly fees and cost related to 3rd parties, and cost when you ask us to do the job for you, i.e. outsourcing

The basis of our costing is, it's free to use the broom, but if you require us to sweep the floor for you, then you'll have to pay the cleaner, and if you want have some detergent, cleaning liquid, you have to pay for those too

The real benefit for outsourcing is, there are real people in our office that knows how to do HR management properly, saving you the headache and time. Ohh you don't have to hire a clerk or HR exec to do the job saving you money. Even if you do it your self, you can save the time and focus on other things that matters to you and your business

Another things about on the FREE plan is, support is limited via web and our social media channels, even then there are no promis and SLA

About your data, it's stored in Microsoft SQL Server, behind a firewall, and you can always back it up, download, or integrate with your other app. We offer a full set of REST Api with JWT token, you can generate your token in the admin page
